Refund policy
We want you to love your hat, but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Instructions
For your return to be processed, the name used to place the order must appear on the return address of the package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at help@summerclubinc.com so we can make it right.

Late returns postmarked after 30 days may be declined or only eligible for store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s complete.
Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
