We’re more than just a hat company…

We're here to bring you the feeling of summer year round.

 

 

My name is Senyo Agbitor and I am the Founder of Summer Club. While running along Chicago’s lakefront I always carried 2 things with me; my phone and my keys. This was an issue because personally, I hate carrying things in my pockets, and doing so while being active was even more bothersome. So I decided to make a product that was both stylish and functional. Using my interest in fashion & design, and my educational background in marketing I created a brand based on the best time of year.

Blending vintage aesthetics with modern tones, our designs stand out not only for their unique style but also for their practicality. Our hats are designed to be as versatile as the lives our customers lead - whether you're working out, enjoying a casual outing, relaxing at the beach, or embracing leisurely moments. Each hat features a pocket on the inside that comes with a positive message to carry you through your day. It’s also perfect for storing small essential items for quick and easy on-the-go access.

More than just a hat with a pocket on the inside, it serves as a reminder of the optimism and positivity that comes with the summer season. As someone who grew up in the Midwest, originally from Ohio, and now living in Chicago, I noticed a change in my mood during the winter months. Life isn’t as fun, the days are short, and the weather is cold. And then comes summer and everything and everyone seems more alive. There’s No Better Feeling than stepping outside on that first warm day and feeling the sun on your face and the exciting energy all around you. 

 

 

Now working with my childhood friend Chase Cohn (left), our mission is to create a brand that brings you that summer feeling all year long. We are building a community for those who choose who see the glass half full and embrace an aura of mental, physical, and emotional positivity. 

Your Summer Club hat (and other pieces of apparel yet to come) serves as a reminder of how good life can be in those big moments, little moments, and every moment in-between. Even when it may not look like it in those cold winter months. We're here to bring you the feeling of summer all year long, no matter the season.
